"Go outside" it says! "enjoy the sunshine"! <br /><br />We all must <a href="http://solacecreek.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SC&Product_Code=SSFC-0506&Category_Code=SG">take good care of our spirits</a>. One aspect to that is sunshine and vitamin D! I've heard we have to actually expose our skin to the sun to truly reap it's benefits...which area will I reveal? Perhaps my white pasty legs!<br /><br />Weekends + sunshine = <a href="http://solacecreek.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=SC&Product_Code=MAGN-0625&Category_Code=MG">healing</a>.
